If you are shipping the product in for repair, feel free to use any shipment service that works for you. We use Fed, UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS). If you need any help with a shipping label, we can create a label for you and bill you for it later, which would include our discounted shipment rate. If you are in need of a label, simply reach out to us and we can provide options for you. We will bill you for return shipping, unless you are going to pick-up at one of our locations upon completion.
Payment is not required prior to shipment. We will bill you later once the macihne is on the service desk.
